Easy way to make Lebanese Pudding/Mehalabia

1)Mix Half of the milk into the cornflour thoroughly (This is called cornflour slurry )

2)Mix the other half of the milk with the sugar in a pot and start to boil Occasionally mix your slurry while your milk is boiling so the flour doesn't sit at the bottom




3)At boil, reduce the heat, and add the slurry

4) Add the rosewater and Stir continuously, until it thickens




5)Portion into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours Serve as is or cut and garnish as in the video! (almonds and pistachios)
