Instructions: Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes
Makes 15 cupcakes
Baking powder 2gm
Baking soda 5gm
Cinnamon powder 2gm
Nutmeg powder 1gm
Vegetable oil 103gm
Pumpkin puree 153gm
1.) In a large bowl combine your flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda, and nutmeg.
2.) Swift these ingredients into another bowl, removing all lumps.
3.) In a separate bowl, combine vegetable oil, sugar and mix well.
4.) Add two eggs one by one into the oil and sugar mixture.
5.) Scrape the bowl while mixing to make sure all the contents are mixed well.
6.) Combine your dry ingredients with your batter and slowly mix until all the contents are mixed well.
7.) Add water very slowly to the mixture and you should end up with a creamy texture.
8.) The mixture is ready to bake. Scoop the mixture and spread it evenly in your cupcake molds.
9.) Bake them at 350F/180C for 15-20 minutes. To check for adequate bake, place
