Reliable silky chocolate Ganache recipe and instruction

1)Add the Cream, Sugar, glucose, vanilla and salt to a pot

2)Stir well and bring the mixture to boil

3)Boil until the mixture reaches the top of the pot, or doubles in sizes

4)in a separate bowl, add the 60% and 100% chocolates together

5)pour the hot cream mixture over the chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes

6)mix well with a spatula, don't use a whisk
