Umm Ali | No Egg Bread Pudding with Puff Pastry

This Umm Ali is a traditional Egyptian Sweet Pastry Dessert similar to North American bread pudding. The name “Om Ali” is literally translated into the mother of Ali and it is traced back to Egypt's Ayyubid era. Umm Ali is also a national dessert of Egypt but it is served all over the world.

1)Boil the Sugar and Milk

2)Once the Milk is boiled add the rest of the ingredients except for the whipped cream

3)Transfer it into a ceramic bowl for baking and top it with whipping cream

4)Bake at 200c/400f for 20 minutes Serve Hot
