1)Separate your egg whites and egg yolks
2)Use an Egg Beater to start whipping the egg whites
3) Slowly add in the sugar to make a fluffy French Meringue
Adding in the sugar too quickly will result in a liquid mix rather than a fluffy, buoyant one.
4)Add the Vanilla and continue to mix
5)Mix in the egg yolks one at a time and mix until completely combined
6)Add the Flour
7)Add the Oil and mix with a spatula
Once the flour is added only mix with a spatula or fold by hand, using an electric mixer will flatten the batter and prevent it from rising in the oven
